Online consultations
An online consultation has limits: the professional cannot examine you physically. They may ask you to visit a clinic or arrange a home visit when that is needed.

We check registration details and documents before a professional can accept visits. Hospitals, clinics, labs and pharmacies listed on the site are independent; their own policies apply to the services they provide.
